About US

Mando Surf Co. is owned by Mando LeVett (They/Them), but making surfboards is a team effort. The company is a small team based out of Monterey, CA, that is focused on creating fun, unique surfboards while creating a space for inclusion and accessibility for women, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC in a male-dominated industry.

Mando Surf Co. features 2 shapers, Mando LeVett and Burke Boynton. The two of them collaborate on all board models, fins, and beer drinking that happens in and out of the shaping bay. This partnership has allowed Mando Surf Co. to create some of their unique, yet fun floating surfboards.

Being community-driven is a large part of Mando Surf Co.’s mission. There is a large focus on creating safe spaces and maintaining a strong voice for equity and diversity in the industry.
